Introduction

software is and also discussing the advantage and disadvantage of IT support
using control software. I will also be looking at the different control

of the disadvantages of control software are that the person computer that is
getting control will have no privacy which ever individual person should be
allowed to have. Also for student if the teacher has taken control of their
computer it will mean that the student will have no control of the computer
that they are using, which will stop them for producing the work. The students
will lose the power of using the computer that they are using meaning that they
would be powerless as the teacher has control of their computer, monitoring
what they are doing. Another disadvantage of using control software is that it
can be very slow and will need of a fast network to be able to control a group
of computer. Also that private information gets leaked such as thing like
private email and information, meaning that the information will not be private
any more.

control software such as it is that it can be very slow and will need of a fast
network to be able to control a group of computer. Control software is worth
the money to an organisation as it can provide them with control of their employee’s
computer which will mean that they will see exactly what they are doing
throughout the working day. Also it allows the organisation to monitor their
employees which is a great advantages to the organisation, the software will
allow them to control the site that their employees go on too meaning that it
will block inappropriate site that have nothing to do with the work that the
employees have to do.
